when purchasing any service from 3D pro services you automatically agree to the terms and conditions below. photos and videos will be available for approximately 1 year however we may be able to retrieve them at a later date if requested. all 3D tours will be hosted for up to 2 months. hosting over 2 months is available in 3 month increments for $45 ($15/month) or $149 for 12 months. if you need to reschedule a photo-shoot you may do so up to 24 hours before the previously scheduled time. we will try to accommodate however canceling a photo-shoot less than 24 hours to the scheduled time or date may result in forfeiting the fee paid. When arriving on-site if we are unable to complete the service for whatever reason (unit not ready, no key in lock box etc…) the fee paid will be forfeited and not refundable. You can not cancel an order once work had began, for example if the property sells while your photos, floor plans or other collateral is processing. your order will still be delivered and payment is non refundable, no credit will be issued. Orders in progress can not be canceled, if you are waiting for photos, 3D tour, floor plans, videos etc… for example, if your home has sold before we were able to delivery you the digital products you purchased you WILL NOT quality for a refund. with some exceptions the standard turnaround for orders are as follows: photos and 3D tours – 24 hours, floor plans 2-3 business days, video – 2-3 business days. other custom services are as per your custom estimate. all turnaround times are estimated and are calculated from the time of the photo-shoot on site  and not the time of your booking.
